Ordered the curred chicken pie. WOW! i have recently developed a little bit of an addiction to the curried pie and chips. don't get me wrong, the rest of the menu is delicious.... but the pie....mmmmmmmmmmm
overall top marks. beautiful waitresses, 12 brews on tap (with lots of fresh creemore!), and good food. what more could you want?!!!
restaurant was busy and had run out of many of the meals that have been suggested in previous posts (good thing I think). Had the steak on a bun with french fries. The steak was excellent but I was not overly fond of the bagette it was served on, it was a little hard. The fries are large, very large and although you only got a few you only need a few. I will be returning to try the curried chicken.

I've worked in kitchens, am a good cook myself, and am often disappointed with restaurant experiences. This place is a winner in my opinion. Friendly prompt service (it was about half full), DEEElicious food (see above), relaxed atmosphere, an interesting menu and reasonable prices.
