The attention to detail, well-written report which includes both the fine details (70+ pages!) and a concise summary, and the ability to communicate all these points with me in person in simple layperson terms was amazing. Brejesh was wonderful to work with. Honest, reassuring, competent, and thorough. It was super easy to book an appointment, he is very accommodating with times, and arrived a little early to scope the place out. He gave us a walkthrough of what he found in our condo unit, and gave us advice on how to patch up the small maintenance issues in the unit, and pointed out which things we would need the strata to fix. He also finished our report practically the same day!
