Brejesh was able to fit our inspection in on very short notice, and he was very thorough. He not only identified a lot of problems, but was very helpful in supplying potential solutions. He had a lot of helpful explanations, and was very clear about things that needed to be fixed right now, and things that could wait. He was very good at reassuring us that the list of issues - which seemed intimidatingly long - was well within normal. I would highly recommend his services.
