Recently I had borrowed my fujifilm xp50 camera to my godmother, she was going on one last trip to Vancouver BC as she was dying from cancer and wanted to do one last trip. on her way back from her trip, she passed away before I had a chance to see her and I was only able to locate the camera but not the charger. I contacted fujifilm and they were willing to send me a charger free of any charge, this gesture means a lot to me and shows how well this company treats customers. Amazing service Lire plus
