I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief. We had a new hot water heater installed today by Hearth and Home from Brantford ...... we had heard that they were a great company but didn't think they'd service Burlington.
We were pleased to say they did come to Burlington and installed our new unit quickly and efficiently . They removed the old unit and cleaned up behind them themselves.
The technicians were very professional and informative and we certainly would use them again ... excellent job !
