Driving our vehicle back to Ontario. Stopped in to have the oil checked. The guys at this shop were so polite and professional. And honest. Our oil looked “beautiful” and we received a top up. This business and the staff are top notch. I've gone in prematurely a couple times now to get an oil change, and they have sent me home, refusing to take my money until it was absolutely necessary. When I have been there for service, they're friendly, thorough and knowledgeable.. Thanks to manager Ron for today's service, and careful explanation about some additional care for my Bronco. I found the total experience incredible. There had to be about 15 to 18 guys working there and not one standing around doing nothing. Considering it was towards the end of the day the place was very clean with tools all in their place. I really enjoyed watching the show. And yet one of many things stood out, it seemed to me that safety definitely came first in everything they did. They were not only very friendly to the customer but to each other.
