I have had both Jeff and Rich work on my cars since before Budget started almost 20 years ago! They and Jeff's son Rob are the best in the business! They are professional and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the automotive business! I highly recommend them if you need anything at all done to your car. If there is the odd problem along the way, they go above and beyond until everything is right!!

I had a tree fall on my car In Dec 2019. My insurer sent me to CSN in Burlington and I was treated very well. Unfortunately in March 2021 I noticed that the paint on the roof was bubbling and cracking. I took it in and WOW - they looked at it asked me to leave the car, offered a rental and my car was fixed and back within 5 days! THE BEST warrant experience I have ever had.

Terry was very professional yet down to earth, and I was very appreciative of the information and advice that he provided about the importance of taking care of the locks and changing them when moving into a new place. What a joy to drive my car again! Special thanks to Vito, Isabella, and Isabella at Complete Auto Body and Collision, to restore my car after what I thought was a minor dent. However, the backup camera underneath a rear lens was broken and the damage was more extensive than could be visually seen before opening the sides of my auto.
The staff at Complete Auto Body is professional and supportive of their clients through their restoration process.

Last fall we had a glass shower enclosure installed by another company. There were many mistakes made and we were completely dissatisfied. Two other companies refused to fix the problem. We found Continental Mirror and Glass on line and are very happy that we did. They were friendly, helpful, understanding and most importantly they fixed the problem. We only regret that we had not used them in the first place. They will be the only glass company that gets my business in the future.
