We hired R&R to install our above ground pool. Though all steps of the install process they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They have continued to be a wonderful source of knowledge now that our pool is up and running. We obtained quotes from many different places prior to making the decision to go with R&R. We are extremely happy that we made the choice we did.

Been dealing with Jackson Pool for 10 yrs. Always ready to help with any concerns or questions. Prices are competitive. I had them come check if I need a new liner a few yrs ago,was told I was fine for a few more yrs. Had rechecked again last yr and was told there was still life in my liner and no need to replace. This is in part thxs to their recommendations on maintaining my chemical balances and my upkeep of the pool. I love they haven't tried to upsell ahead of time.

This is the best customer service place that I’ve ever dealt with Dave is amazing he works really hard and really helpful I highly recommend this place 100 stars amazing amazing amazing if you’re looking for an amazing hot tub please ask for Dave he will help you with everything he’s a great guy I am a disabled person who thought it would never happen for me to get a hot tub and Dave did everything he could to make my dream come true thank you so much you’re the best

Excellent work I have a very complex waterfall and they problem solved for me Kudos to the staff .. I would not trust any one else with open or close my system Dave and Dwayne are the best.
