Karan was excellent. He had all the information we needed about our piece we were looking at. He gave us plenty of space to look with no pressure. It was a positive shopping experience.
We purchased two recliners at the Whitby store on March 16,2024. Karan assisted us and made our purchase. He explained everything in detail and was very easy to work with. We ordered our recliners and they will be in at the end of March.

The customer service sucks with these people. I was told 5-6 months for my furniture. There was NO update. NO communication. Trying to call them the line goes busy and hangs up. Tried emailing Dana the original rep I dealt with and no reply. Emailed lazyboy and FINALLY Brian called to tell me it's going to be another 2 months. So that's 8 months total (possibly more) He said so thats not too bad. Sorry Brian but when you have no furniture and you have been waiting for 6 months and told it's goin
