Totally happy. I needed furniture only, pretty simple. Booking was straightforward, quick and easy. I was given a 9 am arrival. I got an email confirmation the day before. The morning of, my guy called at 8:45 and let me know he would be there in about 20 minutes. Perfect. Upon arrival, we did a quick walk-through and they got started right away. Throughout the move, both guys were friendly, upbeat, and efficient workers. Everything went smoothly - it was easily the best move I've ever done.

I used Miracle Movers to move from Brampton to Ottawa this week, and I couldn't have asked for better movers! From the free quote through to the actual move, everyone I communicated with was extremely professional and responded promptly. The quote I received was great and they were transparent about pricing (hourly rate + cost for gas). No hidden fees whatsoever. They confirm your final moving list multiple times (I found this to be extremely helpful!).

The estimate range was bang on. Very thorough in gathering exactly what was to be moved, the layouts of pick-up and drop-off to build a more accurate quote on labor hours. The movers were courteous and respectful, and treated our items with great care during transportation. They also ensured the items were placed exactly as we desired them at their destination. I highly recommend!

The company was brilliant. They descended on the house early morning & 4 hours later, everything packed & ready to travel to the new pad. They were efficient, careful and asked questions if they were unsure. A great team. The unloading at the new place was so quick & efficient. They were done by 15.30hrs all on the same day!! Nothing was broken or damaged. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
