I bought a pair of sunglasses on Jan 3. On Jan 22, I needed to travel to the Caribbean and would need my glasses. It was not ready. By early April I asked him again, he said "believe it or not I'm still working on it, give me 2 more days". never happened. By early May he's still saying "I'm working on perfecting it and will call you in 2 days". It has been 4 months since I ordered, so I invoked Consumer Protection Act, Section Delivery, and insisted on getting a refund.
