Donna's passion for personal health and wellness is evident in every class she teaches. As a participant for almost two years, my weekly class definitely makes a positive difference in my energy level and overall fitness ability. Having an option for in-class or virtual class is a huge help when life is busy or the weather is not cooperating. Don't want to miss a class. Thank you Donna. SV

Donna is a great instructor, she can modify every pose. I have always had knee pain and never thought I could do Pilates or Yoga but Donna was able to modify the poses allowing me to ease into every pose. I love your classes and your studio it's beatiful so relaxing!!
