    I was renting a hot water tank before but then talked to Shawn from Farr Better Plumbing. After talking with him and getting a quote it made more sense to but one. He was great to work wih and very professional!!! Greta service and i'd highly recommend!

    On the Victoria D...

    On the Victoria Day long weekend, we discovered we had a HUGE plumbing issue. While my husband was working in another Province, i was left to deal with an aweful mess (to say the least). At this point, we couldnt use the showers or flush the toilets ane we were fetting frustrated. I seeked the help of Social Media to find a reliable Plumber and needed one FAST. A friend suggested Farr Better Plumbing and Drainage. I called and within a very short time, i was on the phone with him describing the issue and making arrangements for his service call. I was anxious to get the job done and move on with my life, i had friends coming later that day for a bbq and drinks and didnt want the slow down that plumbing issues can create. I was sure Shawn was going tongive up seceral times, considering it was a Sunday on a long weekend but he was persistant and i got the sense he WANTED to see the job done. He was very patient with me and my elderly neighbour who was just trying to help. The plumbing work was complete, no more issues. Great job and awesome customer service. Thanks Shawn for the terrific customer service, we will gladly recommend you and Farr Better Plumbing and Drainage.

    our basement sump...

    our basement sump pump failed us on may 28 2014 and i called Shawn at Far Better Plumbing at 12:30am and he rushed out to my home and started to pump out the water the next day shawn installed a new sump pump and battery back up system we are very pleased with shawn @ Far Better Plumbing and would recommend him to all our friends and family
