Horrible! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY INTERNET SERVICE. They hide fees behind their contracts without telling you about them. They lock you in for 36 months only after to find out its over $1000 if you want to cancel your service. What kind of business practice is this where you corner customers and screw them? Nice way to build a loyal customer base. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I will go out of my way to tell everybody I know what a shitty company Primus is to use for internet service. Not to men

Worst customer support ever

Deactivation fee: $200. Internet: 16mbps (actually getting 8mbps) 75mbps (actually getting 4mbps) Customer service: wait 30min for them to pick up and they hung up after telling me to wait for 1 or 2 minutes so they can pull up my information. I have been a Primus customer for about 8 months and read the bad reviews but decided to give it a try anyway.I can confirm the bad reviews, it is the absolute worst customer service and Internet connection! WEN I DECIDE TO SWITCH PROVIDERS I HAVE TO PAY A DE ACTIVATION FEE OF $200.00 LIKE WHAT! PRIMUS CANADA INTERNET RATED 0/10

The internet service is slow and customer service is terrible. On top of it, they overcharge you. PLEASE DO NOT EVER SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.
