Hi,today i visit here,staff are very cooperative specially binish .she is very kind nd explain each and everything with proper knowledge .this is my best experience here ,recommended to all to visit here.

Went here for our second ultrasound for our first child . When my wife asked if I could come in , we were told at the end not before . When she mentioned she would feel more comfortable, they pointed to a sign and said no . This is suppose to be an extremely exciting moment for us , instead we are greeted with rude staff and gross policy. Avoid this place as it is clear you are a number and cash grab.

This is the one of the worst ultrasound clinic in Brampton . The lady who have done my wife’s ultrasound . She was so rude and had no smile on the face . She was failed to explain us about the ultrasound . We were so exciting to see our baby . And only shows less than 5 second . I personally recommend please do not go to this place . She ruined our excremental . This clinic should trained their employees how to treat and greet the customer , especially when they come to special ultrasound.

I had the worst experience here, only to have one of the most anticipated ultrasound ruined. Front staff were rude. No smile or greeting. They failed to explain to my husband of the process & told him that he couldn't come in until we were done. So we didn't get to see much of our baby, didn't get see it move around or hear the heartbeat- the kind of things all new moms would love to hear and are always anxious about. They dropped clean towels on the floor & kept them in the clean pile.
