    Steven Miller of Just Laminate... redid our kitchen in laminate and dining room, halls and 2 bedrooms in hardwood. The middle of the room is where most installers are the same. Its the edges, doorways and corners where the best show they are the best. Mr Miller's meticulous attention to detail in the "hard areas", work ethic, reliability, and creative problem solving are what put him in the "very highly recommended" category.

    A professional laminating job done quickly

    A professional laminating job done quickly! I needed the Baby’s room laminated with only a few days before Baby’s arrival. And so while I lay in my hospital bed, Steve went to my house and did a SUPERB job! My floor looks awesome! Steve also went above and beyond and hung my Christmas lights which were sitting in a box by my door. Thanks Steve and I wish for you success in the New Year!

    Excellent experience and quality Installation

    Just Laminate & Hardwood gave us great advice. Steve tore out all our grungy carpet and his expertise (advice and installation) helped sell our raised bungalow with a terrific laminate installation! The real estate agent was not big on installing laminate, but had to admit that it really made a good impression at our open house. We can't say Thank you enough and wouldn't hesitate to refer Just Laminate & Hardwood Flooring. Thanks, Steve! House sold!

    Glad to have been apart of your home sale. Far to many homeowners under-value proper installation (especially of so-called DIY laminate) and it proves to be more costly in the end. Professional Installation is not a cost but an investment and I'm glad the scepticism of your Realtor was acknowledged with the quick sale of your home. Understanding up-front costs or price discounts of $5000 or more (because or poor installation) on the sale of a home can make a difference. Thank you for the opportunity in your new home also. Our aim is to be your flooring installation company for life!

    Excellent Products and Installer

    Steve and Mark did a fabulous job for our flooring, I would recommend him to any of our friends and aquaintances. He is very considerate when installing, highly professional, and is very particular about the details. A vast array of products to choose from and easy to deal with, after having our entire house done, I see no reason for anybody to go elsewhere to find a quality installer, great prices, or excellent products to choose from. I understand why his business is doing so well, and will be around for years to come.

    Great Job Great People

    I would just like to praise the work that Steve& his employee from Just Laminate & Hardwood Flooring did for me. I was looking at someone who could do the job quickly and professionally and could not have picked a better company to do it. He started laying the laminate floor one way and realized that the room was out of square and would have caused problems by the time he got to the end of the project so he took up the 100 sq ft. that he had already laid and started running it the other way so it would look better. I must also say that he did this at no extra cost to me. I would recommend this company and people to anyone who is looking for a professional job they are GREAT!!!!! Thanks again Steve Kathy

    Thank you Kathy. It's unfortunate that much of the drywall work was so out of square to the exterior walls. The flooring had to be installed in the opposite direction of customers preference, however, this allowed the visual imperfections to be un-noticeable. And yes, although 1/4 of the floor was already installed, removing it and reinstalling it in opposite direction was the right thing to do.
