Terrible company to deal with.called the toll free number the guy on the other assured me I would get my parcel today.nevet received it.the web site showed on the truck for delivery ?.it is now 3.00am in morning on the the truck since 10.00am.what a joke

very unreliable , especially their ( AT THE DOOR ) DELIVERY , WHERE THEY DROP THE PACKAGE OUTSIDE YOUR COMMERCIAL SPACE , after hours , and pretend their job is done , only for you to come the next day and never find it, and loose your credibility because of their incompetence.

Anytime I have had any dealings with this company, it has been a bad experience! Packages delivered to the wrong address. I would give Purolator a 0 star rating if I could.

By far the worst delivery service. Just copy your competitors, leave a knocker and make packages available for pickup later that day. Also, this location doesn't have a phone number publicly available... so you have to deal with the terrible call center.
