Checker Cab

I called this and the operator told me he never heard of my place before. Hello!This is the third time u service me i know ur voice.What's wrong with this company? Never never use it again.

I called this cab abd first they told me 20min wait after waiting 35 called back they said they were around the corner waited another 20 minutes called back lied about being here as we waiting outside then said be right back waited another 15 mins would never ever call this company or recommend it to anyone they deserve no stars....pfft

At least 30 minut...

At least 30 minutes before they show up, often more. Waiting OVER AN HOUR is just unnaceptable, and is the reason for this review. Never again am I taking Checker Cab.

when the cab arri...

when the cab arrived I said "hello how are you?" and he only responded with "where are you going?" so I told him and on my way he got a call for his next pick up and he wasnt too please with it so he swore and threw his radio at the window. He dropped me off at the wrong driveway and asked for my money. I paid him so I could get out and proceed with calling the company to complain. The receptionist was nice and easy to talk to and took my complaint and apologized for the cab drivers behaviour.

I hired a cab to take me home after a late night party during the really bad storm last night. The driver after one attempt to pull into my street said he could not make it and i had to walk. Its a good thing i was able to wade through the deep snow for over 20 minutes to my house. Would have been really bad if i was in worse shape. Might not have made it.
