    Would give minus score if I could. TERRIBLE service!!!! Said they delivered a package to my door, I received a text saying it was delivered, nothing was on my doorstep. I walked around my street in the pouring rain to see if it got dropped off at the wrong house - nothing. So I call the toll free number and spoke to some woman in California somewhere. They will not give out a local number! Now I have to put in a claim to UPS and one to Costco! No one knows where my package is!! Worst ever!!

    Your package has been delayed due to events beyond our control. Were adjusting delivery plans as quickly as possible. I had this message 5 straight days now its unreal i know cause of Corona Virus and all but this is just to much!! I guess eventually i will get it sooner or later. I

    Ordered over $1000 worth of computer parts and it got delayed here for 3 days. Tracking updated 7 hours after it got delayed, and when it finally got delivered, they knocked once, left it on the doorstep and took off. No signature for a $1000 package?

    Waiting for a package from Mount Pearl for 4 days. Cause Severe weather or natural disaster. No natural disaster and weather is fine. No one answering the phone. This is called service. I recommend you try another carrier not UPS.

    worst service ever. Package showed scanned in NB 4 days before delivery date. Had to go out day before delivery date and checked tracking and said still in NB, goes out day before delivery and gets home to attempted delivery sign while tracking said still in NB. Then I call and tell them to please delivery before 12 next day and told okay it will be there before 12 and that was a lie. THE WORST COMPANY EVER AND WHY PEOPLE USE THEM IS BEYOND ME!!! PAY FOR CRAP SERVICE
