    Stephen and his l...

    Stephen and his lovely assistant were always respectful and courteous and made us welcome. Every effort was made to select the best hearing aids for my husband, and, the best is what we came away with. We feel we can always come into the office with any questions and will always be treated like we matter, even though the business of the hearing aids is done for now. Adjustments, device problems and battery needs will always be handled by this office and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

    Over 20 years of ...

    Over 20 years of experiencing the ravages of Menieres has left me with mono hearing. An unsuccessful experience using a hearing aid 10 years ago made me suspicious of the usefulness of these devices for my situation. However technology has advanced since those days and Steve tempted me to give hearing aids one more try- and I am glad I did! The cross over system I trialed effected instant changes- I realized I had been talking too loudly; no more need to jockey so I was on the ‘right’ side to he

    I got my hearing ...

    I got my hearing aid about a month and a half ago and it has made a huge difference in my life. Steve and Katie were very helpful with something that I didn't even know would make that much difference. Steve worked hard to find the most specific hearing aid for my lifestyle. Over the next few weeks, Steve adjusted it to fit my needs. I hear sounds and words clearer and I am now able to hear all of conversations and enjoy everyday things a lot more. D. Scott

    A great experienc...

    A great experience! I have been wearing hearing aids for approximately 15 years with only moderate success. Steve was able to find the right solution for my hearing loss while explaining what he was recommending in a way that a lay person could understand. Katie's friendly and professional approach was most welcome and made me feel very much at ease. I would highly recommend this service over any other like service I have used in Charlottetown!

    I was very impressed with PEI Hearing Consultants right from the moment I met Katie at the counter to the work that Steve did. Katie was so friendly and made you fell at ease. Steve welcomed you and explained every thing he was doing and why. He made you very comfortable in the whole process. I will highly recommend them to any one that may need this service.
