Daniel (Edmonton) was, as with previous appts, very respectful and professional and took the time to answer my many questions and concerns. He provided me with options, both short and long term and completed the repair in a timely manner.

I wrote a review a couple of days back complaining about their travel and dispatch charges. Next day I received a call from John (Their Manager) and clarified everything. I was so surprised when I talked with him. He was so nice and apologetic and eventually he refunded the $74.This has never happened in my life time so I gave them credit that thy really take care of their customers. I am fine with them now and will certainly use them again.

Our first call was delayed due to priority of the morning service call the plumber was on. Service on our second appointment was prompt and professional. Our plumber was very clean, organized and thorough. We signed up for their membership which seems quite reasonable and will provide front of the line service going forward, with several additional perks and discounts. We will not be bumped again.

We found the service was excellent and first rate the work was done the same day. Further after the repairs Dustin stayed to insure the hot water tank was working. We we would recommend to our friends.
