    Koda

    Our little Koda has been to SPR numerous times for both boarding and Daycare. The Staff have always been great to her and I never feel bad about taking her there as she always seems to have a great time. It always gives me comfort when we are away to know that the staff there are taking care of her and giving her some love. I would not hesitate to recommend the SPR to anyone with pets.

    Rico's Retreat

    We have been taking our little man to SPR for over 4 yrs. and have left him at times for over 2 wks. He always is happy to see the girls when they come out to take him, a testament to the treatment he receives. He's happy and exhausted when he comes home, every time! Highly recommend them and I know they take extra care of animals with special needs. Don't grow anymore and continue your good work. Dee

    Just like home

    We are new to the Calgary area and Springbank Pet Resort was recommended by a co worker. They took wonderful care of our little guy and we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that he was well taken care of. The staff knew all about him when we dropped him off, like his age and what services we had requested for his stay. It just added to our peace of mind knowing that they had done their " homework" on their guests. In all the years we have had pets we have never had them treated so wonderful. This will be our pets " home away from home"

    Wonderful place and staff! :)

    Love this place! Our 13 yrs old Jackie gets very excited to go there every time! She is well taken care of which allows us to leave in peace. I highly recommend this place! Thanks to all the wonderful people working there! :)

    Happy Franky

    This is the first time Franky bordered at a Resort. Normally when I go away and leave him, it takes a few days before he warms up to me. When I picked him up, he was full of tail waggles, kisses and hugs. My invoice had a picture of him and they bathed him. This will be my kennel of choice...clean facilities and caring people. We both loved it..thanks for taking care of my best friend, Franky the Border Collie.
