An excellent experience. Prompt tesponse from Kris and he explained precisely what he was doing to replace my slashed tire and why. He then strongly advised me not to drive far on the spare and had me tell him where I planned to go. Given the slashed tire totally complicated my day, Kris made it as easy as possible. Would not hesitate to call Abrams again.

I would highly recommend Keele Street Collision. They were very helpful and
accommodating. I was total wreck when my husband and I came in to their office
but with their help -- reporting the accident to my insurance and getting a loaner
so we can leave my car there -- they made life easy for me. We can count them as friends of ours for life!

I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Ray’s Towing came to my rescue today! I found myself stranded in Port Perry this afternoon. I called expecting I would need a tow to my mechanic’s after an unsuccessful attemp at boosting my car. Ray’s Towing was there within minutes, was very helpful and so kind!!! Within minutes he was actually able to get the car started and I was on my way! Thank you so much!!
