Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end. This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO! Lire plus
