We just got a mattress and a dining set from them. Extremely friendly owner and great service. We're very happy with their initial service. The quality of their furniture seems really good. I'll write another review after a while.

I'm super glad we went with XLNC. Our couch just arrived and the delivery guys went above and beyond to get it up to our appartment. The couch seems really high quality and we got it at a much better price than typical big box stores,it took a while to get delivered but it was well worth the wait, thanks guys!

I ordered my furniture in April 2013 and asked them to store it for me till the end of August. I didn't pay anything at all.
It was delivered on the day we agreed and I was actually hoping it would be delivered later that week. They came on the day they promised, assembled the furniture but forgot the glass top for my coffee table. The next day the manager called and told me he would bring the glass top himself. I also told him that the mechanism of my recliner arm chair was loose and he fixed that when he came. Although he brought the table top, the screws were missing and I offered to pick them up from the store. I had no problem at all with them. Pushpa was courteous, nice, and the service was very good. I am satisfied.

Overall good customer service and good experience, we booked our furniture on boxing day and told to hold it till we get our house possession,after that we changed the delivery date one month later and they hold our furniture without charging any money for storage. ...so far it's good. ..

Worked with Gurpreet who helped us find the perfect love seat and at a great deal! She is personable, very knowledgeable, had great suggestions -- she very patient with me!! Bought a beautiful barr/hutch for my living room at the Market Mall location, get compliments on it all the time. I love browsing through this store. Gives me great decorating ideas. As well, this is generally the place I find Christmas and Anniversairy gifts for my parents and family. Always something beautiful and unique.
