These guys pulled my new car out from ditch and towed it to have accident reporting done, then helped me get a rental car delivered to their storage lot without a wait at all. Finally my car was repaired to perfect at Concord Auto Collision. Communication top level. Would def recommend thanks.

My wife and son had a tire blow out on hwy 400, and after calling for her auto service she called me to ask me where to go, I was at a meeting in Newmarket and I went on the AP from Yellow Pages that was on my blackberry and found this place right away. They had the tire that she needed within two hours, and were able to accommodate me over the phone when I felt helpless in this situation. We may live in Toronto, but I will be recommend that the service they provide is worth the drive.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Bruno (my little dog) and I were stranded with a broken clutch in my Toyota FJ manual 4X4 on the highway near Creemore Ontario.
I tried a google search and had no success except for this Yellow Page add. Rob who took my call assured me that he could help out.
He took the call himself. He got me my dog and truck home safely at a decent cost.

We picked up a large snow blower Nov.18,2018.at the Newmarket Store. Three young men and a supervisor on his way out stopped to load this machine. No easy task.They gave 110%. Polite, willing , diligent. We finally got it in. They went beyond & deserve to be acknowledged.

My car got stuck in a ditch in the winter. I didn't have to wait long until they arrived. The service was professional and friendly. As a mom with two young kids, it was very reassuring especially in a situation like this. I will definitely call them again next time!

Last year i was sideswiped in a mall parking lot and the work done was great i was happy with it and recently i had my spoiler ripped off and broight it here to be repaired and was beyond happy with the work done. Very professional sam and his employees are from time you drop off vehicle until you pick it up . Highly recommend aurora auto collision.
