I have been taking my vehicles to Joe for quite a few years and have never been disappointed. I trust his judgement and have gotten to the point where I tell him the issue and he simply calls me when the vehicle is ready, I don't need to ask for a quote ahead of time because I know the work he performs is necessary and it will be done for a fair price. I still take my vehicles to Joe even after I moved out of the area.

The time it would have taken to rectify with the dealership & get back to Queens Tire would have taken a while. Instead, Frank put new tires from his own stock on my car. In & out in less than 30 minutes. Unbelievable!!! Would not take my car anywhere else.

I went to Etobicoke Service Centre to replace my Beam electric hose which was 34 years old, and the carpet sweeper. I was also concerned if the unit, which was 15 years old, was working properly. Bill was very helpful and I ended up purchasing a new Beam central vac with all the accessories for a very reasonable price.
Bill came to do the installation. He took the time to explain how the new Rug Master worked, and gave tips to making it last longer. I highly recommend this company.
