I've been here a few times over the years and this restaurant does not disappoint! The food is pretty standard for American cuisine and is usually well cooked, though I once had chicken that tasted off. The signature sauce that comes with meals is amazing! Dessert portions are too small for the price but prevent me from overeating. Service is friendly but sometimes slow during peak times. I have a permanent disability, and I came to this restaurant to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. Our waitress was named Sarah and she provided our table with excellent service. She took all our orders properly, and had the food served so quick, considering we were a larger group. My 3 children were quite loud, and yet our server was extremely patient and tolerant of my noisy kids. Most waitresses would never be so tolerant. Dessert was very good also. We had a very good time. The service at this Mr. Sub is unlike any other franchise. The 3 main employees/manager there take pride in their customer service, freshness of their food products as well as cleanliness of their establishment. There are a lot of regulars who frequent this spot specifically for the employees who work there. They know the regulars names and what they order and they always have a smile on their face while working. It is a nice change to get that type of service at a more "fast food" takeout place and lastly they are very fast and efficient as they understand that most of their clientele are on their lunch time and need to get in and out quick.
