My husband called to have our hot tub hooked up. The service man who came was very knowledgeable and had the upgrade done quickly. Because the experience was good we used them to install a ceiling fan and move some light switches to a different wall. Very happy with them and will use them again.

I contacted Datawise early Sunday morning to inquire about an issue with my thermostat. John sent an email first thing Sunday morning suggesting to try to change the batteries first and sent me a manual. Amazing customer service. Brad and the boys were a pleasure to work with. They were always on time, kept to their schedule, professional and clean. They were even great with the kids when they were asking questions. When I wasn’t sure what I wanted Brad was very honest with options not pushing the higher price but something that worked for my needs.
