Very satisfied. This company does outstanding jobs which requires skills and experience. At the year beginning our basement started leaking, we had wet feeling inside that spread over the whole house. We invited many companies some of them even couldn’t check the whole damage properly. Royal Work was the only one who's price was Ok and they were able to prove me the leaking spots. As I couldn’t wait long they arrived in three days after signing the contract.

We called a professional plumbing company, Butler Drain & Waterproofing, to fix our clogged kitchen sink. They came fast, was courteous and knowledgeable--took the time to explain what was wrong and the procedures they were using to unclog our sink. They replaced one of the drain pipe as it was 90% blocked. I highly recommend this company; very professional, thorough, provided great service, the rates are fair and they got the job done. Will be using them again if we encounter any plumbing issue

We were referred to the Basement Guys by friends who had water problems successfully repaired. We hired them to repair a wall crack which was complicated by a finished wall in the basement and interlocking outside. The Basement Guys repaired the crack from the outside. They returned the patio to better than it's original state. They also took a number of photos of the repair. We have had many heavy rainfalls with no issues. Completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Dave and Gemil. They repaired a large crack in our foundation that was leaking water whenever we had a big rain storm. It was a big project, took about 7 days where they dug out the foundation and applied several layers of waterproofing all the way down to the bottom of the foundation. Communication was great and the workers were on time and professional. I would recommend them to anyone with waterproofing or foundation issues in their basement.

Other companies told me I had to dig and that it would cost me thousands. Kevin from Crack Medix told me all I need is simple injection. He was in and out in 3 hours. He came back a week later and flood tested it for 30 mins. No leaks!!!!

I used Gil in 2021 to fix a leaky basement. The job was a difficult one as much of the side of the basement was unreachable due to additions on the house. Gil came in and assessed the situation, gave a reasonable quote, and clearly had the most experience and the deepest understanding of what needed to be done and what potential limitations there were. 8 months (a spring melt and spring showers) later and my basement is still dry and will be for decades. I had a problem with my main drain pipe being plugged and called another company to fix it. They put a camera in and found that tree roots had gotten into the pipe and blocked it. They wanted $8700 to fix it. I then looked for someone else to fix it and found Grieco Frank & Peter Contracting. They wanted only about half the cost. The other company said it would take all week to do it, but Grieco did it in only 2 days. The other company wanted me to pay everything up front with my credit card while Grieco billed me after they finished. I'm sure glad I found them - they saved me a lot of money.
