The Founders of Fusioncorp foresaw a niche in the marketplace for a Construction Management company which could offer extensive experience in residential construction while bringing with it an intimate knowledge and understanding of the specific requirements of a residential mid to high-rise building Developer.
As most of our background and experience comes from working with Developer/Builders, we can approach the Project Management process from the Developers perspective and are cognisant of the many complex matters which are crucial to the Developer to ensure a successful and profitable project.

Fusioncorp’s General Contracting Division specializes in the supply and installation of all interiors, custom homes and medical facilities. We understand that renovating is a big endeavor involving several different elements; logistics, materials, sub-contractors, all of which must be coordinated to realize success. The complexity and strain can be unnecessarily overwhelming, and difficult to manage for anyone trying to undertake such a project on their own. Our horizontally integrated facility, including our Design Team, Project Managers, Purchasing Agents, Operations Managers and Trades allows Fusioncorp to take the lead and alleviate much of the stress of a major build / rennovation. Committed to quality, our Project Managers are regularly on site and in constant communication with clients to guide them through the process. We are fully accountable to our clients at each step of the project, from the initial Request for Information to the final Deficiency Walkthrough and follow up service.
