I met Pete, the owner, at a motorcycle show a few months ago. Although I’m not a Chilliwack resident, his professional and accommodating approach convinced me to purchase my bike there. I worked with salesperson Derek Webb, parts advisor Allen and the business manager, Clayton. they were also very pleasant and easy to deal with. The dealership offers a wide variety of new and used motorcycles, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful and full of energy.

It all started off on a positive note. Was approached shortly after arrival on the first visit. Then Derek stayed in contact with updates. When the time came to buy he was super helpful as was all the staff in every department. I't's worth the drive/ride from Surrey for this service.

Great customer service from Dayton and well as Allen I had bought a 2023 ninja 650 from the company and battery went in less then a year they had given me 50% off of original price as it wasn’t under warranty as it is a wearable part happy with the communication and their kindness thanks again

I've bought a new bike from them last year, and buy parts from them regularly. As far as bike purchase - better than most high volume factory dealers (I've experienced quite a few) - very straightforward on pricing and quick on paperwork. As for parts - very predictable and reliable, even if parts backordered - their ETAs have so far been bang on. I also had a warranty claim with KTM which they handled really well - quicker than expected and I didn't have to fight for it at all. What I like best about Mountainview is that there are no surprises, no time wasted, just straightforward business- a rarity these days. When it's time for a new bike I'll be back, and when I need factory parts that's where I go. Update - a year and some later, I'm still here for parts all the time, they usually have what I need in stock.

I recently purchased a new motorcycle from Torry at Mountainview Motorsports. I rode for 1 season in 1999 and only just got back into it. I had my life's best dealership experience here. Got acknowledged the moment I walked in, the owner checked in with me if I had been helped already. Torry from sales is an awesome guy, helped me with my new Ducati and walked me through all my alternatives. He let me test ride the motorcycles I was interested in. Professional negotiation, I did not feel pushed at all. Couple weeks in, I noticed the Ducati needed a minor fuel leak repaired and Mountainview offered to cover all costs for a repair at Ducati Richmond. Great staff overall, couldn't be happier!

Mountainview continues to impress! Lots of really great changes to the floor, I personally appreciate a company that keeps things fresh. Staff, A+ all the way around and no matter if your buying or just browsing you get the same treatment, just a friendly environment. Yes and it’s entirely possible to walk in for a jersey and leave with a bike….so watch out! I recently (4 hours ago) took possession of my brand spank’n new 2022 Yamaha Tenere 700, cannot wait to take it for a rip and thanks to the parts, sales and service staff for making this dream a reality.

The new building has so much more space and the valley's best selection of bikes by a long shot. The test track helped me confirm that the Montesa trials bike was the right one for me too, nobody else has a test track!

I originally came into the dealership while killing time having my truck serviced down the road. I ended up ordering in a dirt bike helmet as they had great sale prices but sadly didn't have the color I wanted in my size in stock. After chatting with the apparel crew they let me know they could order me one in and were still willing to match the sale price. Bonus! I then ended up chatting with Derek Webb about a new KTM 1290 SDGT and he walked me through the great prices. By the following week we had got close to a price agreement with my trade in. I ended up on a group phone call with both Derek and Pete (owner) and they were willing to meet me where I needed to be to buy the bike. The day of pick up and trade in assessment went super smooth with everyone being easy to work with and both Derek and Pete being fantastic. I had a great experience and was treated super fair for pricing. Often when you look to trade in a bike you get ground down and nickle and dimed but that was not the case here at all. This long weekend I experienced mechanical issues with my HD touring bike while in Chilliwack. I couldn’t start my bike and it looked as though I would be unable to move forward with the rest of our journey into the BC interior. Three hours before the business was set to close, a fellow rider went to Mountainview to seek help. As a result, a technician from Mountainview literally came to my location and had me up and running within minutes. He brought tools and was happy to assist. What could have been a long cab ride home and a tow to the service shop turned into a positive experience and I couldn’t be more grateful. Not suggesting this service is something they do for everyone, so I may have just been lucky. (I also purchased one of my Harley’s there too, service is excellent.) Bought a 24’ Zx6r from Torry. Was very easy process even as an out of town buyer. 5000km later my bike is still running as new. Very happy with the whole experience, would highly recommend!

I went to the shop in person and they made things right. They took my complaints like a champ and my bike got looked at fairly quickly and now it runs a lot better but my brakes still squeal. I will probably pay them a visit in the near future to get that resolved.

I was in a real pinch yesterday 5 o’clock on a Friday, I had a flat rear tire on the highway I call Cam the owner and with in 10 minutes he showed with his truck and trailer towed me in he went and picked up a new tire for me and had his guys get started on replacing the tire!!! I recently moved from Langley to Chilliwack and needed some parts for my Suzuki. I called Mountainview Motorsports to order the part. This is my first contact with this business. The Parts person Allen checked the part number I provided and stated they had to on their inventory. Followed by let me verify that the parts are here. He came back shortly stated he had the part in his hand, and he put it aside for me. By offering to check, he was possibly saving me wasting my time to go there. I was quite impressed. I arrived at Mountain View motorsports and talked to Torry and Cal. I introduced myself and said it was my first visit to their dealership. I’m a retired senior, and they enthusiastically listen to my stories and made me feel like a valued customer. I went to the parts counter and Allen had the part waiting for me. I was a first time customer, bought a new bike and the bike had issues. Brought it to a different dealer for the service and since I didn't bring it back to Mountainview for its service, they said they cant do anything for me. no Incentives or anything just cuz i didn't bring it back to them. Also, before that I had called so i can get the service done by them and left my name and number, lady said the tech will get back to me that day and nothing. Very disappointed and will not come back.
