Chad and Bugs Appliance Repair have been great on several occasions. Our over the range microwave failed under warranty and they engaged Chad to take care of it. He was quick, professional and the experience was great. My wife and I faced an issue with our washing machine some time later. The seal on our front load was damaged by a zipper and Chad quickly replaced it. This past week we had an issue with our basement suite washing machine and Chad quickly helped us out. Highly recommend
