Rented us property. Wasn't cleaned. Mold and mildew in bathroom and basement. Uncapped drain in basement with bugs crawling out of it. Windows didn't open or close, and rotten frames. Killed over 100 earwigs INSIDE the house the first night and then they made it our responsibility to spray inside the house, making me go pick up the spray and acted like they did me a favor because they paid for the spray. Owner was unresponsive and just plain lied to us. Unprofessional. Rental wasn't fit.

Awful. Do not recommend renting from any landlord who uses this business for the management of their property. They are unresponsive and are combative when faced with issues.

Stay away! Emerald Isle misrepresents properties. They do not return messages for weeks at a time and are not reliable. Incredibly Unprofessional.
