Mentor's is s Secret Gem. Office was hard to find but well worth the search. The employee that served me was helpful and understanding. My problem is that I don't understand enough about my Mac. I will be back with all my questions and know I will get great service. Thank you.

Great group of people ! I went in with a computer that was deemed dead, but they were able to revive the unit, and I am still using it. They taught me how to do a backup properly, and I am quite confident I won't lose my data, photos, etc., . Thank you Adam and Lianne !! But I guess rocket science is not rocket science to a rocket scientist ! :) Great experience. I will see them next year with my annual service!

Extremely disatisfied. I brought my computer in to be fixed. They said that they couldn't fix it and that it would cost $85.00 for looking at it. I said that I wasn't going to pay because I was mad. after 30 days they recycled my computer, either sold it or used ir for parts. They didn't even tell me that they were going to sell it. In the whole time that I dealt with these guys they said that they would call me and they never did. The guy even read the notes that says they called me. Never did
