I am curious as to why it is only a 4.2 review. I have been treated like no other place. So nice and friendly. When I walked in, I must have looked confused, because they took me around and showed me where the items I wanted were. I have never tasted such deliciousness. If I am in the area, this is my first stop. In fact, we drive from Markham and are leaving to go again today :)
I live 1.5 hours away, when I'm driving near or through this area, I have to eat here! Sababa has the best hummus, the Moroccan Cigars are a delicious appetizer, and the kabobs are so flavourful.
Service is wonderful! So polite, attentive, and constantly checking to see if you need anything else.
Best part, the Sababa grocery store next door. Go to the back and you can order take-out containers of the same foods from their deli.
My mouth is watering thinking about their Spinach Salad.
I was there on May 26th. 2008. Friendly staff, wonderful food, love shopping @ their grocery store & don't forget the hot staight from the oven pita bread. MMMMMM I'll go there all the time if I could!!!!LOL!!!!! Love it!!!!

Excellent food I have not tried food that taste so good like Israel before I felt like I was at home. Service friendly as ever and a wonderful verity of Middle Eastern products to enjoy in there amazing and clean grocery store my kids enjoyed watching the warm pita coming out of the pita oven.
A place I would defiantly recommend.

We went here for my husbands birthday and overall it was a nice experience. The service was very slow, not so much to get the food but to get the waiters attention after we received the food. I would HIGHLY recommend the Fried Cheese! YUM!
Great food and the best shish kebabs in the city!!! I will definitely come back soon. Each dinner comes with a salad and a choice of appetizer - a very nice touch. I would highly reccommend this place to anyone.
