Receptionists are rude. Booking an appointment with the Prime Minister would be much easier. Avoid it if you can.

Carolita the receptionist is extremely rude

Carolita receptionist was very rude. I felt like a nuisance when i apparently interrupted her personal phone call. Upon arrival she didn't greet me, didn't say anything. She looked at me, w/no smile. "No how can I help you?" Like front office staff do. When I commented about her rude behavior, she rolled her eyes and looked away. By far the rudest receptionist I've come across. Gives the clinic a bad image. Far contrast from Dr O'Neill he's hes excellent A++. I hope they replace her.
