Friendly staff, clean facility, however the last few times I've shown up to my appointment on time, I always end up waiting an extra 15 minutes. Also, the price has always been the same for my usual bio gel refill except this time it was mysteriously $5 extra. Kind of disappointing considering I was unhappy with the way the shellac colour turned out but felt rushed out after anyway. Probably won't go here anymore.
