Nadine Munro had been working as a massage therapist for about nine years when, in 2009, she decided to open her own clinic out of her home. “It started with me in a corner room in the house and now it’s the entire top floor of our house,” says Nadine. Her company, Got Knots Massage Therapy, now has two contract massage therapists, in addition to herself, trained in several different techniques of massage.
“At the beginning, I wasn’t sure how it was going to work out,” says Nadine. One thing she wanted to create with Got Knots Massage Therapy was a professional atmosphere for her clients. “When people pull up front of the house, they very much know it’s a house," she says. "But, when they come in, the first thing they see is a big desk and chairs in the living room for waiting. It doesn’t look like a house when you come in and that’s very important." Nadine had been to home-based massage therapy clinics in the past and always found it odd when walking past a person's living room and bedrooms. She wanted a feeling of separation in her own home clinic.

Great place. I was treated very well by the staff there as well as Cara was very understanding and walked me through the whole process as it was my first time. She explained the issues I was having and recommended some stretches to help with my pain problems. Will be going again in the future and will recommend to others.

Nadine is so knowledgeable in knowing what my body needed. She is professional and caring to my issues. Amazing!

I found Got Knotts just through a google search for a place close to home and I could not be happier! I will not be going anywhere else! the service and treatments are the best I have had in the city.

Melissa is my therapist and she is a great therapist. I work on the drilling rigs and compete in competitions and she is able to get me ready for both.

Ive been using Got Knots for quite a few years now. All the staff have been fantastic and personable. It took a while to find the right massage place as theres loads out there. Once I found this place my search stopped. And their online booking comes in very handy. They all do a great job.

Excellent service, all staff are trained and exceptional, have recommended to many, all with great results. Been seeing Nadine regularly for many years, from regular massage, post injury, or even post broken bones, very beneficial.

I have been seeing the massage therapists at Got Knots since their business started (10 years?). They are very professional and great at their jobs. Each therapist has their own style, so I like to rotate between them. I have recommended my family to them!

Love the massage crew at Got Knots. I do the deep tissue massage as it helps me recover a little more quickly after heavy training sessions in the gym. My wife uses Got Knots for therapeutic and relaxation massages. I've watched them grow over the years. It was getting tricky to make an appointment but with added staff, that is less of an issue. Location is great, just off the yellowhead and 127 st, so it's easy to get in and out of. Will continue to use and recommend Got Knots
Great place for a massage! All the therapists are friendly and give great massages. Have been going there for over 2 years and it's the first place I always call. They have helped with shoulder, back, and neck issues. They also have direct billing for my benefits provider (Blue Cross) which is awesome!
