Overall a positive experience purchasing our first vehicle from a used dealer. Note to buyers: Get an independent pre-purchase inspection! We were assured the vehicle was in great working condition, only for our mechanic to find a major repair (cracked exhaust manifold) after listening to the car for 5 seconds. I had a new ignition lock assembly replaced in my 2002 Mercedes SLK320 at Henneken Auto Sales and Service and they did a wonderful job and the price was exactly what they quoted me. When it comes to Mercedes specialized repairs this is the best shop in the Lower Mainland! Hans and Falko were extremely helpful with their no-nonsense approach and repairs. The official Mercedes Dealership would have charged me 3 to 4 times more for this job and they did not even bother calling me back!!! Lire plus
